Simplifying Design for Bloggers newsletter: A weekly dose of all things Canva to go from blog to business.

We completely understand the pushback that some bloggers have about incorporating AI into their blogging strategy.

Truth be told, we were a little hesitant about it as well. We've built a relationship with our readers using OUR words.

But AI-created copy is just a fraction of what's out there for us to use to grow our blog.

In this week's blog post, we're sharing our thoughts on Canva's NEW design tool suite that focuses on solely on AI: Magic Studio.

🎨 CANVA DESIGN TIP

Want a faster way to create product mockups? Try using the 'Mockups' app from within your design project.

Select 'Apps' from the left menu and search 'Mockups.'

Here, you can choose from a decently wide selection of digital or physical product mockups in a variety of styles.

When you have your mockup photo placement just right, add your product mockup from either a folder or as an upload. (Remember, it needs to be in PNG or JPG format)

Drag it anywhere in the mockup photo to automatically add it to the grid. Download as normal, and you're all set with your new product mockup!

🧰 TOP TOOLS

Doesn't it feel like Pinterest cannot decide what it wants from us as content creators?

Pin to group boards! Okay, don't do that anymore. Keep to the 80/20 rule! Wait, we never said that. We want video pins, story pins, and idea pins! Nevermind...

Use Tailwind Communities (formerly tribes)! Nope, we changed our minds. Pin 30 times a day! Hold up, we meant 15. 😩

We recently attended a Pinterest Town Hall hosted by Simple Pin Media that completely blew our minds (in a VERY good way)!

We knew we had to tell you guys when we saw they're hosting another one on Instagram! Follow Simple Pin Media on IG and tune in live on Tuesday, October 24th at 2pm ET.

Bring all of your Pinterest marketing questions and a good notebook. You'll need it!

Thursday | November 2, 2023 Simplifying Design for Bloggers newsletter: A weekly dose of all things Canva to go from blog to business. Having a cohesive look is an essential part of your blog's unique brand identity. It's vital for recognizability and builds trust with your readers.
